Macro friendly kefta

Ingredients

  • 500g Lean beef kefta mice
  • 1 White Onion sliced
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 15g Beef broth with Collagen
  • 400 grams pasata
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon seven spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Roll kefta into balls and cook on medium heat.
  2. In the meantime slice your carrots and onion.
  3. Then add your tomato paste, bone broth, seven spice, cumin, salt, and your sliced vegetables, pasata and approximately 400-500ml water to cover the top.
  4. Stir bring to the boil, then turn on low for 45min.
  5. Seperate into three servings with 100g cooked rice
