Loaded beef and potatoes

Ingredients 

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 packet mingle taco seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5kg spud light potatoes
  • Seasoning of choice for your potatoes
  • 10g olive oil

Method

  1. Cook off meat in a pan then add your salt and mingle seasoning stir well.
  2. Then add 1 can crushed tomatoes. Add some water and let simmer on low for 5-10min.
  3. Cube your potatoes, wash and soak for 20min.
  4. Drain and pat dry. Season with anything you like I used all purpose add your oil and mix well.
  5. Spread on a baking tray and cook till crispy.
  6. Divide potatoes first then add your beef mixture on top.
  7. You can add salsa once ready to serve.
