Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 packet mingle taco seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 1.5kg spud light potatoes
- Seasoning of choice for your potatoes
- 10g olive oil
Method
- Cook off meat in a pan then add your salt and mingle seasoning stir well.
- Then add 1 can crushed tomatoes. Add some water and let simmer on low for 5-10min.
- Cube your potatoes, wash and soak for 20min.
- Drain and pat dry. Season with anything you like I used all purpose add your oil and mix well.
- Spread on a baking tray and cook till crispy.
- Divide potatoes first then add your beef mixture on top.
- You can add salsa once ready to serve.
